HOW CAN I PAY ?

We accept payment by Credit Card or Bank Wire Transfer, for orderings from Continental Spain and Balear Islands we accept also payment at the reception of merchandise.

DO YOU SELL EVERYWHERE ?

We sell and ship merchandise everywhere, if you live in Continental Spain and Balear Islands, European Union or U.S.A. our program will calculate the shipping cost inmediately. If you live outside these zones, after your ordering you will receive an e-mail informing you of the transport expenses, in order to allow you to transfer us the full amount of your order plus the transport cost, or it will be charged on your credit card, depending of the payment method that you choosed.

DO THE PRICES HAVE ANY INCREMENT BECAUSE TAXES ?

All our prices are final, there is not any further increment because taxes. The only tax that you should pay would be the customs import taxes of your own country or territory ( if they were aplicable ).

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR BIG ORDERS ?

We have calculated our margings in order to allow us to offer the best possible price, so for some products our margin is really low. The aplicable discount would depend of the amount, value and kind of products that you want to order. In some cases could it be possible and in others not.
If you are interested in purchasing many items at a time, e-mail us and we will send you a quotation.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ?

Normally, after your order confirmation, it will take two days till your order is processed, if we have the merchandise in stock, we will send it by express currier, so it would not take longer than a week to receive your purchase.
Currently we have more than 90% of the items we sell in our warehouse. In case that, at the reception of your order the item that you desire would not be in stock, within 24 hours we would inform you of the estimated availability date.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE GOODS ARE DEFECTIVE WHEN I RECEIVE THEM ?

Prior to shipment we check all products to ensure that they are in perfect condition. In any case all the products are guaranteed, so it would be replaced, if the damage was caused by the transport, please read below...

HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH THE TRANSPORT COST ?

As you have read before, our program will calculate automatically the transport expenses, if you live outside Spain, UE or USA, we will inform you by e-mail about the transport expenses.
It could happen that if you order many big items, or extremely big ones ( such a complete full size armour ) the program will not calculate the price and will tell you that, after completing your order, you will receive an e-mail informing you about the transport cost.

WHAT HAPPENS IF DURING TRANSPORT ARE THE GOODS DAMAGED ?

All the shipments are insured, so if they are damaged during transport they will be replaced if you follow the following intructions.

VERY IMPORTANT

• If your order is insured, at the reception of the package you have to follow the following instructions (if it is not insured it, could be useful for you to follow them in case you have to claim)

• Allways check the package at the delivery. If at the delivery there is any damage in the package, open it inmediately and check the material, if it is damaged, on incomplete write it and describe the damage in the transport agency delivery note, and notify it to espadasnegras.com within the first 24 hours after reception.
If not done so there will be no way to claim to the insurance company, and espadasnegras.com will not accept any responsability or liability.

• If you have insured your order, and it is loss or damaged, and you follow these easy instructions, espadasnegras.com will replace the lost, incomplete or broken item.
