PAYMENT

Bank Wire Transfer:

After the customer´s order, the customer has to transfer the total amount of the order to the account of ESPADASNEGRAS.COM noticing his name, and the order number to correctly identify his order. Until the transference is not received, one will not give the order as confirmee.

As soon the transfer is received by our bank the order will processed and shipped. If it is not in stock, it will be ordered to factory and it will inform the client of the delivery time.

TARIFAS DE ENVÍO

Estas tarifas son orientativas ( están calculadas para envios estandar, para envios muy voluminosos o pesados estas tarifas pueden variar ). Las tarifas pueden ser modificadas sin previo aviso ya que no dependen de ESPADASNEGRAS.COM  sino de las empresas de transporte que efectuan la entrega.

• Resto de destinos: 85 €

CHANGES AND RETURNS

To do a change or return, the customer will have to inform ESPADASNEGRAS.COM and ask to an authorization of return, informing us of the causes.

If the change is due to a mistake of the customer when ordering, or it is not satisfied with the product he will have to pay all the transport expenses and 10 € for re-stocking costs.

If it is due a mistake of ESPADASNEGRAS.COM, the customer will receive the ordered goods without any expense.

To accept a change or return the goods must be in pecfect condition, will all the containing, and with the original packing in good condition. The use of adhesive tapes and precints is forbidden.

SHIPPING ZONES AND FARES - IMPORTANT

National Shipments

Shipping fare is 10 € for Continental Spain and Balear Islands.

For payment and reception shipments, to the standar fare you have to add 6% of the invoiced total amount with a minmum of 5 €.

All shipments are invoiced, so in case of loss or damage, we will replace the goods if you follow the instructions at the bottom of this page.
The day before the shipping we will inform the customer that next day his order will be shipped, and about the expected delivery time. If the customer espects not to be at home, can either ask us to ship it other day or to other person or adress that he indicates. To do this the customer must instruct us by e-mail to admin@espadasnegras.com, the same day that ESPADASNEGRAS.COM sent him the e-mail informing of tomorrow shipment. We will confirm inmediately the reception of such instructions.

For shipments to Canary Islands, in the next 24 hours after his order, we will inform the customer by e-mail of the extra transport cost. If the customer choosed to pay by credit card, this amount will be inmediately charged.

• At the reception of the package you have to follow the following instructions

• Allawys check the package at the delivery. If at the delivery there is any damage in the package, open it inmediately and check the material, if it is damaged, on incomplete write it and describe the damage in the transport agency delivery note, and notify it to ESPADASNEGRAS.COM within the first 24 hours after reception.
If not done so there will be no way to claim to the insurance company, and ESPADASNEGRAS.COM will not accept any responsability or liability.

• If your order is loss or damaged, and you follow these easy instructions, ESPADASNEGRAS.COM will replace the lost, incomplete or broken item.

- We only ship to UE, Switzerland, USA, Mejico, Puerto Rico and Canada.

- Shipments by air transport.

- For packages up to 15 or 20 kg ( country dependant ), weight or volumetric weight (wide x lenght x height / 6000).

- By this way can not be sent packages of more than 105 cm lenght, so: IF YOU HAVE ORDERED ONE SWORD OR ITEM LONGER THAN 98 CM. , YOU HAVE TO ASK IT TO BE SHIPPED BY INTERNATIONAL ECONOMICAL POST PARCEL OR INTERNATIONAL ECONOMICAL INSURED POST PARCEL.

- Delivery in the customer´s home or adress supplied by him in countries where this service is given by the local post system, if not, in the nearest post office. Transit time: about 4 or 5 days since shipment. The day before the shipment is done. The customer will be informed vie e-mail that next day his package will be shipped

- This is a certified package sent through Correos and local Post System, it is not insured, ESPADASNEGRAS.COM will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transport. In case of loss the customer will have right to claim Correos or his local Post System for an indemnization. ( Unless miskate, Correos y Telégrafos grants 55 € + transport cost )

- The shipment price does not incluye taxes and expenses in customs in the case that they exist.

- Shipments by sea and/or road transport.
